The E-1600A-EWP ADA Compliant Emergency Eleveator Phone is intended to give fast and reliable handsfree communication for any standard analog telephone line or analog phone system station port. The E-1600A-EWP red emergeny phone meets ADA requirements for elevator / emergency telephones, and can be customized from any touch-tone phone. It can dial up to 5 programmable emergency phone numbers, and 2 central station numbers. The Viking E-1600A-EWP red emergency phone can be customized to automatically deliver a digital announcement to identify the exact location of the emergency phone call. A DTMF touch tone code can also be delivered. A “Call Connected” LED can be initiated automatically or manually. All programming parameters, including location and numbers phone numbers, are stored in a non-volatile memory. The E-1600A-EWP is powered over the phone line and does not require external power or batteries and is compatible with most Central Station Monitoring equipment. The E-1600A-EWP emergency phone is designed with Enhanced Weather Protection (EWP), perfect for outdoor installations where the unit is exposed to condensation or precipitation. Viking EWP products feature sealed connections, foam rubber gaskets, gel-filled butt connectors, as well as urethane or thermal plastic potted circuit boards with internally sealed, field-adjustable trim pots and DIP switches for simple on-site programming.
